review 1: Holy shit. There were more plot twists in this than your average year of Neighbours. Just when you're about to see a character deal with/come to terms with some crazy happenstance, SOMETHING ELSE DRAMATIC HAPPENS. And everything gets thrown out all over again. It just got a tiny bit ridiculous. Chapters switching between the two main characters became increasingly shorter and seemed to be designed to give maximum shock impact as all the, indeed, shocking truths were revealed. One positive for this book is raising awareness about Huntington's, even if it did sometimes seem like a lovely excuse to add a ton more drama.

... moreout a girl who found out that she was switched at birth, and went around the world to find her biological parents. All the while, i kept screaming internally, "NO, GO HOME. DONT LOOK FOR YOUR MOTHER!" but obviously, the book is already set on its course. the reason as to why i said the book is messed up, because it is. People's lives changed, literally. There were screamings, and shoutings and disagreements. but i really loved this book. i love its ending. because in a way, nothing has changed, but everything has changed too. less
