review 1: I love a good suspense and romance novel, this one kept me going the whole way. Cade and Maria had developed a relationship years ago when he was in the military. After Maria's brother died under Cade's watch, the guilt haunted him. When he knew Maria was in danger he immediately came to her aid. You watched their relationship rekindle as he protected her. Interesting story line and good action.
review 2: This is the second book I read by Katie Reus. My first read by this author was TARGETED, book 1 in the Deadly Ops series and it was one of my faves in the romantic suspense genre. So my expectations for book 2 were very high. What can I say? Katie Reus did not disappoint! With BOUND TO DANGER she delivered a thrilling and fast-paced story jam-packed with
... morenonstop action, heart-stopping suspense and steamy hot passion. Maria and Cade are both great and loveable characters that have sizzling chemistry from the very start. I also enjoyed reading the e-mails they sent each other 8 years ago when Cade was in the service. They portray their past relationship quite well and help you understand where they're coming from.Katie Reus has an amazing talent to pull you right into the action and keep you turning the pages long past bedtime! Can't wait to read the next book in the series, until then, I will definitely check out the author's other series as well. less

Enjoyed book two. Liked they had a past, and adding bits of their emails was a great touch.
