review 1: This was surprisingly entertaining. Even though there was nothing I haven't read before I enjoyed reading this one. It's your typical bad boy-rescues-damsel-in-distress, they-become-friends-and-fall-in-love story. But with A LOT drama and angst. There was so much going in in this book! I didn't need that much and some things were a bit over the top and too much but all in all this was a good read.
review 2: I was told about this author by a friend, she said I had to read her Men Of Honor Series.Wow just Wow, I'm so glad I did. I love finding new authors, but finding one who's book I fell in love with from the 1st page is rare.Julia is the nice good girl in town, she meets Jax and they become best of friends, but Julia has been in love with him, she has for yea
... morers. Then she realises that he has no feelings for her. So she tries to move on. Jax has always had feelings for Julia, but cant get past the fact that he thinks she is to good for him, and he will taint her by being with him.Jax joins the Navy so they only speak over emails and some phonecalls. Jax then gets injured, Julia rushes to his side. When she gets there Jax refuses to see her, he doesn't want her to see him in that state, so she goes back home vowing never to speak to him again. After a years rehabilitation Jax decides to head back to his home town to win Julia back, its not as easy as he hopes.I Love Jax, he is HOT!!He brings back to other hot Navy guys Sawyer and Cade, Can't wait for their books. less
