review 1: As Hunter finally told Kallie the story of his past it hit a cord in me and made me think of my Dad who I lost 8 years ago to cancer. I found myself weeping and as much as it brought feelings to the surface for me I couldn't put it down. The last 3 nights I have go through 4 of this series and I have the bags and puffy eyes to show it.Its not the typical "romance" book that's for sure, but there is love in this book, such intense love that it will bring you too tears.
review 2: I'm going to stop reading this 'book' now. I loved Red And Nicole's story, and Hunter and Kallie, Scarlettes too pathetic for me. I stopped about a fifth in when Hunter and Kallies part was done. Also, I'm going to stop reading because its offensive to the literature world to write a f... moreew chapters and sell them as that, I carried on because the plots were good but Ive just had enough. Kelly Favor, if you wonder why this book is getting such shit reviews on Goodreads, its because the readers are genuine lovers of books and we don't like being used and manipulated with love, lust and hormones to excrete money and fame from. 3 stars! Because you can write well but have horrible ethics. less

Kelly is really not doing herself justice in bringing out small vignettes every few weeks/months. I really enjoy the books but the price, all of the suspense just for 80 pages is no longer fun. When this was a new series to me it was nice to catch up but not that I am caught up it is pretty frustrating to just get a small piece of the story. The books are good and I want to hear more about the characters, I think it could be presented differently however.

First let me say that I have enjoyed all the books in this series. With that being said, I felt cheated somehow on how Kallie and Hunter's story ended. I can't put my finger on why I feel this way. I guess I wanted this book to focus on Kallie and Hunter only and not throw Scarlett into the mix. Scarlett is way to needy and full of self pity. I hope in the next book that she gets over feeling sorry for herself.
