review 1: Any book that teaches you something new while providing entertainment, well, that is a good book. Encaustic Painting, huh, who knew? I didn't, would like to find a book that explores it in more detail, preferably not a How To book but something like this, but a bit longer. For being so short some deeper character developments are sacrifice for the sake of a fast moving and action-packed plot. Still the main characters were intriguing, which is why i regret not getting to know them a bit better. A nice read nonetheless.
review 2: I thought i had this review all figured out. BTW this was around page thirty. So it was gonna go like this,"So yeah basically I found the book pure fluff. Good fluff. But fluff none the less. Personally i like my books with more substan
... morece. But I can't blame anyone for this because i started this book knowing that it'll probably be 95% fluff."So imagine my surprise when i found the book had actual substance. I mean for a 91 page book, the substance/fluff ratio was just right. I had a blast reading this, it was super funny. I loved how Clytie was fearless in the face of this seven-foot monster. personally i like my guys in the range of 6'2 to 6'5. So Demon was huuuugee!!! xD I absolutely adore the Ben-Mac duo and how they knew just when Clytie and Demon were gonna disappear and need alone time and therefore which plans were to be cancelled. :PThe only thing i can say is that, id really like to know how the hell do you pronounce "Clytie" :/ less

3½ stars. Cute, fun story. I'll probably read book 2.

Funny read, an editor would be beneficial though.
