review 1: took a little while to get into with the mYthology being complex and at times confusing but a very original idea compared to all the vamp werewolf supernatural books out. and its an actual adult book not a teen one with VERY HOT steaming sexy sexy scenes. it will melt you! literally into a puddle. beautiful romance well written and original currently free on kindle and the series is complete so no worries of of pesky cliffhangers. I'm thoroughly impressed:) review 2: I have to say, with or without Ms. Grey's recent problems here on GR's, I just cannot get through this book. I'm finding that a whole lot of nothing is going on and I'm nearly 200 pages in. I would not recommend if you think this book is anything at all like Strings, the novel that I believe cre... moreated all the controversy in the first place. They're just day and night. Strings is simply a fun romp with a hilarious, irreverent heroine, while this book just plods on and on and on with endless exposition. Not my thing. Not at all. less
