review 1: Misty Prescott goes back home to her parent's ranch after finding her husband cheating on her and that he's been lying to her the whole ten years of their marriage. She gets involved with two handsome cowboys and a suspenseful drama with a bad guy trying to buy out ranchers..the evil way.I read this only because I never give up on a book. This book had the same story line as so many others I read. There was no uniqueness in the book. I found it hard to believe how easily the woman character could just forget her previous life and chase after two men. Her mother reminded me of a stepford wife. Too sappy and predictable. The villians were the most exciting and entertaining characters of the book.
review 2: It was alright for an author's first edition. I found so... moreme grammatical errors that were a little annoying. Using "too" where "to" should have been used and "onto" when it should have been "on to". In fact, there were a lot of places where a space between two words were missing. In any case, the story was really predictable. The characters could have been developed more. But overall, a quick easy read. less
