review 1: Interesting read. Somewhat confusing because it bounces from one child's experience to the next and it is hard to track the timeline. I think it's ridiculous that people give it one star for the family's Christian values. Maybe those reviewers should get out more. The Christian home school movement is huge. While I love the idea of building your child's education around their interests, I am not sure that a fast track to college is anything we'll pursue. Still, an interesting educational model.

... moreear-headed their children's education. They didn't have their kids work harder, just smarter. The Hardings had their kids' long term goals constantly on the forefront. Starting at a young age, they prepped their kids for "real life" by helping them work towards career goals while their peers were dealing with adolescent meshugas. I think that a lot of their revolutionary ideas make sense and I would like to implement some of them in my own family. Unfortunately, the poor writing (how does a mainstream publisher not doctor this up?), doesn't bode well for their cause. less

I liked some of the ideas in this book. The resources in the back were helpful.
