review 1: La verdad es que me resultó sumamente ofensivo, Bianca dice ser "feminista", cuando es obvio que jamas en su vida se tomó el tiempo suficiente para investigar de que se trata, Bianca NO ES FEMINISTA EN ABSOLUTO, ¿por qué?, facil, juzga a las mujeres y hombres por su vida sexual, pone etiquetas como "puta", tambien se hace la pro con los derechos de las personas gay cuando de hecho tiene un compañero de clase que es gay y ¿saben lo que ella piensa de él? que ama la ropa y blah blah blah y que es un idiota y blah blah blahMe parece de cuarta querer dar un manotazo de ahogado al final y salir con eso de "ay ser puta es una etiqueta machista que ponen las personas para hacer sentir mal a otras y MAS MIERDA PARECIDA...." es de cuarta porque si no hay nada de malo con ten... moreer una vida sexual activa ¿por que de repente Bianca se vuelve una santita y ay por dios ya no va a tener mas sexo con Weasley y encima espera que la chica "putita" de la historia se de cuenta que está mal lo que haceBULLSHITAdemas Bianca pasa de un chico a otro porque no tiene los ovarios para admitir lo que siente y que tragedia si estuviera sola! parece que sin un machito no puede vivir...Otra cosa: Weasley es el tipico idiota que la llama Duff y me parece ridiculo que Bianca le de vueltas al asunto una y otra y otra vez, se hace la superada y que no le importa lo que sigan los demas cuando si lo hace Es el tipico libro de gordo resentido que se piensa que los unicos que lo pasan mal son las personas gordas *rolleyes* Totalmente se lo recomiendo a gente machista y homofobica
review 2: Generally a great book,a page-turner, with lot of character development.I was hesitant to read this book at first, because many people seem to have mentioned in their reviews that Bianca is utterly unsympathetic and unlikable. Well i shouldn't have been, since she is a more than great character. She is bitchy, fierce and she doesn't put up with anybody's shit. Sure, her too low self esteem was kind of annoying towards the end but i loved her. I didn't like how she critisized people in the beginning of the book but i loved the "epiphany" she had considering the labels we assign to each other, and what wesley said about people fucking up and criticizing others in order to feel more comfortable with ourselves. The only thing that bothered me was the ending, which felt kind of rush. less
