review 1: I inadvertently got this because I was looking for Zombie books. And while it does feature a Zombie he is not the main event.Quinn and Hunter are psychic mediums, they have worked together for 3 years, and had a bit of a thing initially. Except Hunter turned out to a have a girlfriend while Quinn is queer. They skirt around each other, cue some sexual tension. The zombie of the title comes to them to find the man who made him a zombie. The story is in parts suspense, romance and fairy tale.Quinn is great, he wants a partnership from Hunter in both senses of the word, but keeps it under control, just about.Hunter's character starts apparently emotionally clear, then seems confused, then clear again. At times it stretches credulity that a couple of intelligent articulate people ... morecould be so dense, but at this juncture I really liked both characters, and the back story kicked in, and - I went with it.The writing lifts it as well, a couple of passages were really lovely.Sweet ending as well.
review 2: Interesting. Very very interesting. Way too short. Zombies, psychs, and magic. All with two love stories wrapped up within 133 pages. I think I would of enjoyed it more if Quinn and Hunter were just together instead of coming together. I did like the Remy and Dustin part though. I have to say I'm not sure what the prologue had to do with the story? I just don't see who it fits. Maybe I'll have to go back and re-read it. This is my second book by K. Z. Snow, not my last for sure. less

That hint of Jackson and Adin made me want to reread their story... so I am. :)
