review 1: While I mostly enjoyed them -- it was a decent, interesting story line -- I found myself skimming a lot of it. There was a LOT of sex, and -- at least for me -- they weren't the greatest, sexiest scenes, despite what was happening. Maybe because it started as a one night stand? I'm really big on emotions, and while I knew they sort of desperately needed each other, I didn't "feel" it like I do with some fictional couples. I'm probably not going to read #3, but I think book 4 is about another couple and it looked interesting (why I read the trilogy in the first place) so maybe I'll give it a go.
review 2: Just finished the trilogy before reading ONE MORE NIGHT. Loved them all. Really liked the strength in Julia. Not a mushy 'save me' type of girl. Loved the ... moree-mail banter and the humor too. The sexy scenes were very steamy and the plot and story were original (Thank heavens!) He wasn't even a billionaire go figure :-) Needless to say after reading these and ONE MORE NIGHT this weekend, I got absolutely nothing else done. What else can you expect from a book addict less
