3013: The Series
review 1: For a shorter story, it was not as lacking as some stories can be without enough time to build the world, characters or storyline. Roma really needs more or better proof readers though as there were quite a few typos in the story. The sex scenes were incredible, but sometimes with the wording it made me think of those raunchy 20 page "porn" books. She really could have done without the last one though as it seemed like it was just there to increase the word count. I kind of wish the rest of the series followed with the alien theme but I now they are all on earth with humans.
review 2: I just could not connect with the characters in this book. They are all very one dimensional. The premise of the story is good and probably would be a great book if it was fleshed
... more out a little. Even when the author added parts that I think were meant to add drama and suspense it just fell flat and was anti-climatic. This book could also use some major editing. It is an ok read but not worth the $5.00 I paid for it. less
