review 1: This was a good book. Not like the first book but still a good read. Just wish they didn't speak so philosophically. No one speaks like that. It had me doing plenty of eye rolls. That being said, I will still be looking out for the rest of the books. I can't wait to see what happens. Action packed. I just ask that the author tone it down just a little on the bad ass. It's like they fought more than they loved. I guess it doesn't matter. Still a good book
review 2: I would give this series 5+ stars if I could. The No Mercy series by Lea Griffith is a must read. Arrow is the death that walks in darkness and Adam is not afraid of the darkness and offers her light, The prose in the book is breath taking, heartbreaking and inspiring, I could literally highligh... moret half of this book. I absolutely loved Adam in this book and even though he is a protector, he made himself vulnerable to Arrow many times in the book to inspire loyalty and assurance that he knew what she needed. Near the end of the book, where the couple experienced extreme conflict, I found myself nervous rooting for the elusive happiness that they deserved even though true resolution and peace remain out of reach. I can't wait for the next book! less
