review 1: Ugh. Really not my cup of tea; I despised the main character and all of her actions. It makes me feel like a bad person when I find myself hoping that the main character will kill themselves at the end, but there you go. Don't be a bad person, don't read this book. Go read something that is not like a bad 'Juno' bad 'Girls'ish limpwristed novel; go read some Jack London or some Joseph Conrad or some Teddy Roosevelt or something, and seize the day.
review 2: This book sounded fun from the back, but upon reading it, it didn't really make a lot of sense, and wasn't particularly interesting. The premise is that a woman is out of college and has to move home with her parents. She takes a job babysitting for a couple with problems. They have their own issues. The ... morebook was nonsensical at times and often had random non sequitors. It was also incredibly short, but it was mildly entertaining. less
