review 1: This is a favourite with my boys. They love reading about how mouse gets madder and madder, and about how his friends are trying to help him, but it's not exactly working. The form repetition and word repetition really helps my beginning reader, and both he and his bigger brother enjoy Mouse's unfortunate mud puddle incidents. There are some good opportunities to reinforce speech therapy here, especially with terminal consonants ('s' and 'd', among others).
