review 1: I really liked the idea and the characters and the idea with the dragons and cage matches and such and I'm really looking forward to Caged Warrior. However, this story was almost like a teaser because it introduces characters and they start running around doing things, but then the story just sort of stops. I hope the other books are more complete. If there had been more to this one I probably would have rated it 5 stars.
review 2: The author Lindsey did a great job in creating a world that I'd want to continue to learn about and explore. You open up to Silent and Hark in a cage fight fighting each other. Both of them are Dragon Kings there is 5 different kinds. Silent and Hark are of Sath and are able to borrow another Dragon Kings powers for a time. Silent a... morend Hark are thrown together by certain circumstances after their fight and work together. Plus they make a powerful couple. They were very interesting my only wish is that this would have been an actual book and not a novella. I can't wait to see what happens in the next book. Even though its looks like it told from new characters I hope the author does mention them or has a few scenes with them in it. less
