review 1: I really enjoyed these cute short stories. “The Hot Girl’s Friend” - Loved the banter between Jane and Brady. Obviously saw the hook-up coming a mile away, but I thought it was cute that he was legitimately trying to set her up and then found himself getting jealous.“Wrong Place, Right Guy” - Generally enjoyed this story. It was a little far on the insta-love spectrum for such a short story, but they're a cute couple.“Not You” - Loved this. Obviously saw the morning-after run in coming but seriously who would have guessed that twist? Too funny and seriously enjoyed them as a couple and the way they interacted.“Desperately Seeking Cupid” - A cute story, enjoyed the kooky old ladies.“Never Been Dumped” - A sweet story. The main guy (apologies - I ... moredon't recall his name) was a fun book boyfriend and a charmer. No big shock on the ending but it was cute none-the-less.
review 2: I like this collection a lot!! I had read the first story last year (several times in fact) and I loved it. Then came the collection, some stories I like more than others...but (and it's a big one) reading them successively, as a collection, has a certain charm. Each story connects with the previous one by theme or an object or something. The last one connects with the previous and ALL THE WAY to the first story. LOL It was a hoot discovering that one little Easter Egg. Cleverly written albeit light on the sex scenes. Great fun read for a turkey stuffed afternoon. :) less
