review 1: Dark Corners is an excellent psychological thriller. It's a story about a woman coming to terms with the violent death of her husband and the seemingly haunted house she lives in. It kept me guessing until the very end and it did not lack surprises or suspense at all. I especially liked the flashbacks Ella had to when Danny was alive because it helped me get a better sense of Danny as a character. If you want a nice book to curl up with where you have to guess who done it, then this is the book for you.
review 2: I questioned whether to rate this book a 2 or 3, but in the end, decided on a 3 because I did think there were some good moments, ones that kept me wanting to read more. The middle was somewhat of a struggle, but towards the end I found myself frantica
... morelly turning the pages. If you are looking for a who done it kind of book, this is probably not the best choice, but if you are looking for a light read, this is not a bad option. less
