review 1: This is one of the standalone thrillers written by the incredible mystery writer LJ Sellers. I was unable to sleep until I read as much as I could. I have many other reviews of other books that she has written, and yes, I need to write them soon! I was so glad to discover this author and highly recommend all of her books to anyone who enjoys an interesting, realistic and fast-paced thriller with intense and relatable characters. Kudos to LJ for another entertaining and well written book!
review 2: I loved the story. It started out kind of slow and I already had the story figured out before the halfway point, but it was fast paced once the action kicked in. I enjoyed the ride that Eric and his "partners" took the reader on. I didn't have any remorse for Liz or t... morehe doctor. I liked how Sellers shed light on why the kidnappers acted the way they did, but didn't romance the idea. I would definitely read another book from Sellers again. less
