review 1: My husband presented this to me, erroneously believing it's something I would want to read. I can't reject a gift, so I read it. The subject matter would seem to be geared toward high schoolers or adults since it contains many references to sex, but it is written in a style I'd expect only 5th graders would appreciate--simplistic and silly. The author is enthusiastic and, it appears, quite forthcoming about her own life but she included too many glaring inaccuracies about the Twilight books (claiming Edward can project his thoughts into Bella's mind, for instance) to ever be taken seriously. I have to wonder if she has skimmed the series for the express purpose of hitching her wagon to it....Reading this book was downright embarrassing.
review 2: In this Twilig... moreht Companion the author compares many fictional vampires and movie vampires and compare them to Edward and the Cullens. Not only does she compare Vampires but Werewolves and Jacob ( of course the rest of the pack!) My favorite thing about this is that the author writes as if she is a ordinary teenager!Another thing the author does is compatibility quizzes for Team Edward or Jacob fans! Are you compatible with any? Another thing i love about his book is that it includes humor and old fashion movie and characters! she doesn't only focus on vampire characters from the 20th centry! I recommend this book to Twilight fans. Vampires Lovers and adult Twilight fans! less
