review 1: These books are just okay. The writing sometimes gives us conflicting ideas that don't seem to make sense. Also, the main character, Tricia, seems to be losing her way more and more. Characters that used to be endearing are now becoming fodder for Tricia's constant complaining. No one can live up to Tricia's impossible standards. Only Tricia is perfect. How long before she turns on poor Mr. Everett? Why has she become more and more unhappy in each book? It's getting hard to like her.I've figured for a while that Nigela Ricita has something to do with Angelica, since it's an anagram containing both "Angelica" and "Tricia". Angelica appears to be Antonio's stepmother, from one of her four marriages presumably. Angelica has really grown and become a nicer, more caring pe... morerson in the books. Let's hope Tricia's character can turn around from the direction she's being taken, too.
