review 1: I started this book this morning and have just finished it. I really struggled to put it down. I think its amazing. I found it a little tricky to read at times but it was worth the effort. Has so many twists! It is a beautiful book, some happy bits and some very very sad, also many where I felt like screaming at characters so they say what I wanted them too. This book really grabs your attention and will not want you to stop reading, only feeding you small bits of information about everything so you have to keep on reading to find the truth...
review 2: When I started reading this book I thought it was set in the 50s or even the 60s but modern day? No i'm sorry. There is no way that this amount of abuse could happen with absolutely nobody cottoning on and nobod... morey investigating deaths in suspicious circumstances. Even a vicar isn't above the law and comments like he can sweet talk anybody and he is above the law because he is a man of god is a weak excuse. I'm not sure who the target audience is for this book but it obviously isn't me. less
