review 1: This was a disappointment. I knew it would be a light read, but was intrigued as it was about three grown sisters who in their late 30s and early 40s have always played the roles imposed upon them by their parents such as the pretty one, the organized one, the independent one. As I am one of three sisters, this intrigued me as my sisters and I are all very different, and while we have had our differences over the years, we will always have that family bond that keeps us united. However, the three sisters in this story had no redeeming qualities. I could not find myself liking any of them, and wanted to tell them all to grow up!
review 2: I marked this book "liked it" because it kept my interest and I read it from Saturday to Sunday. But, the book left me feeli... moreng I was glad that I didn't have any sisters. I have two brothers and we are very close but we have NEVER talked to each other the way these three characters talked to each other. And, EVERYTHING was bitched about. EVERYTHING. Nobody could say anything without someone sniping or being sarcastic. Quick read, though. less
