review 1: Spoilers:I hate that he was sleeping with April the whole time he was with her. This is not a romance. I'm so glad she did what she did in regards to Lucas or Luke (I can't remember) because it was payback asshole. I know they had an agreement but still, it took away so much knowing he was with someone else the whole book til the last 10%. I don't care if it was just sex, that's what you have Lauren for asshole. I just hated him.
review 2: 3 stars. I was annoyed when I finished the book, but on further reflection I guess it's alright. It's a cliffhanger (with the sequel in the works) which I was not expecting. There is much more to tell in their story, so I'm glad that's not the end. I'm not sure why I was left feeling so unsatisfied. I liked the rest of the bo... moreok though. The weekly surprise, the way they didn't immediate fall for each other, the gradual build up. All of it worked. The constant references to the media and her fear of being caught seemed over the top, but I see why it was necessary. Overall, it was good, but not great. less
