review 1: This is a sweet. Caleb is raising his four-year-old “Little Dude” by himself but with lots of help from his parents. When Trevor moves in across the street the guys start to feel that there might be more between them than just friendship. I like the surfing vibe and Caleb’s surfer-speak. I wasn’t super feeling the connection between the guys, yo, seemed like a bit of a convenience, and it is GFY, but the prompt was addressed very nicely.
review 2: I struggled with the premise of this. A few of them actually. It's hard to believe a young surfer dude would go immediately to adopting a child. Why wouldn't he just meet a nice girl and settle down? He's pretty sure he's straight. And two gay-for-you dudes? It's hard to make that believeable too (in my opinio
... moren). So I think the author did really well to create a humorous, flirty story from this prompt. less

2.5* This story was just too sweet and the characters too perfect for me to care. :-(

Cute story but a lot of it was just too unbelievable. Well written though.
