review 1: A fun, upbeat manga about a girl who dreams of becoming a voice actor. Unfortunately when Hime gets nervous her voice goes horrible wrong, ranging from 80 year grannie to a manly Snow White (the visuals are as hysterical as the reactions). Drawing strength from her new friends she works to become to voice actress and win the respect of her voice idol Sakura. Regardless of how difficult things get (and as with most shojous there are deep issues that start appearing after the first book..... don't worry, no spoilers here!) Hime carries on. A great cosy manga.
review 2: Didn't realize it was by the same mangaka who did S.A. The first volume was all right, not extremely gripping, although I do think the artwork is pretty cute at times. Although, at other times, it ... moreis not so cute...and I can't tell why. I do find it interesting looking into the world of voice actors, but so far it feels like a not-as-entertaining of a premise as Skip Beat. I'd read a bit more but if I don't like the next volume I may not continue. less
