review 1: Whoa, this took me far too long to read. First, the format is annoying. I realize the authors were going for "new and different" but a book shouldn't be confusing. I didn't care for the arrows and the icons, etc. Second, I'm not sure there's enough content here to make the book worthwhile. It's a heavy sucker and I don't feel it needed to be. There was a lot of material that wasn't necessary. Finally, I doubt I'll ever use this as a reference. Because while there was a lot of material that wasn't necessary, none of that material really went in-depth enough to warrant calling this a reference book. Maybe there should have been a narrower focus with more depth to what was covered.

Unlike many design thinking books, this book focuses less on the theories and more on the practical applications. It easy to read, filled with graphics, real life case studies and useful and relavant information.The case studies are especially useful as each author gives a a step-by-step breakdown of the process, the techniques & tools used and more. The reference section in the back also gives readers even more useful resources to explore on their own time. less
