review 1: I admit that there are some aspects to this book that I wonder about. I seemed too easy for Bailey to eventually find someone who accepted them. However, given that this is a picture book, I also like this about it. Bailey doesn't fit into the binary gender roles we attribute to people, and this book will be a great addition to our collection of LGBTQ books. I look forward to the conversations it will inspire.
