review 1: I found this book rather interesting. After I read the synopsis, I was very curious as to what was under the cover of this book. Wendy Geller was found dead in Central Park after a party, and her friend Rain knew her death was not by accident. This mystery takes a lot of twists and turns as Rain tracks down Wendy's killer, and it is a very intriguing book to read. Also, it was not your everyday mystery scenario where everything is predictable, which keeps you on your toes.
review 2: I realy enjoyed the beginning of this book - good character development, believable dialog, the friendships, the mean girl acts, the boy-girl relationships, all rang true. But this mystery was too transparent for me. I lost patience and skipped to the end. I would read this auth... moreor again. Tt was the development of plot to this particular story that I lost interest in, but Fredericks' ability to develp characters is definitely intriguing. less
