review 1: These three stories were kinda short so I read them all together as one book. Honestly, I didn't care much for the first part. I just feel like everything happened way too fast. Sometimes, in books like this, it's good to savor those moments of meeting and getting to know each other. Also, something that was annoying me, mostly in the first book (because I had gotten used to it by the 2nd and 3rd books) was the fact that Constantijin's name is a mile long and a mouth full and used quite frequently. He needed a nickname or something. The second book was better, but I just flew through it. Nothing really stood out too much. The last book was the main reason for me to add another star to the rating. This part of the series made me want to keep reading because I really wanted ... moreto know what happened next. I would have added another star to the rating, but Constantijin was coming on way too strong with the controlling and "it's ok for me but not ok for you" stuff. I am all for the alpha male character, don't get me wrong, but some of the things he did were just...I don't know what word should go here...wrong, maybe? Of course, this book is getting plenty of 4- and 5-star ratings, so maybe it's just me? Anyway, good or bad, the third story still held my attention.
review 2: I wouldn't recommendCHASEDEnjoyable. I think he really does like her and glad she is sticking to what she really wants and not giving in. 4 stars.COURTED2 stars. This book in the series was confusing. One moment he wanted to keep their relationship secret, next she did. Then every time you turn around he goes off with another girl. Yet Yanna just can't come out and really say what she feels and neither can he. It's like watching a ball being bounced back and forth...based on how each of them act, I don't know why they would want to be with the otherCAGED1 star. The story was a hot mess. less
