review 1: Sigo leyendo a Marian Tee, pero no porque me encante sino porque su lectura es liviana para días en los que me mantengo a full entre trabajo y labores hogareñas y además porque me sirve de tema de discusión con mis amigas. Sin embargo, rescato que sean tan recomendados sus libros cuando sinceramente el contenido de estos, la redacción, entre otros, no se encuentra al nivel de su popularidad. He leído libros en wattpadd mucho mejores que estos. Simplemente no me convence como escritora.Lo recomiendo si lo tuyo es lo popular.
review 2: I don't like writing reviews. I don't. Even for books I love and absolutely adore, I don't do reviews for most of them. Why? I don't know, regardless, I HAD to do a review for this book. I have to vent and rant my frustration... mores out. This book was dreadful, it was terrible. It was so, so hard to finish it and I actually had to skim through the second half of the book because I just can't-I can't finish this book. No. No. No. Maybe this wasn't just my type of book. But honestly, I wasn't expecting much in this book. All I wanted was fluff and and a happily ever after. What did I get instead? A TSTL character. I wanted to murder her. I wanted to grab her by the hair and throw her out of the window because I felt like every sentence that came out of her mouth, every thought that she had was making my brain cells shrivel and die. Aside from Saffi (the main character) everything else was mediocre. The story building, the plot, the story telling, all of it was okay. It wasn't on par with my other favourite authors but it was good for a light book. If it wasn't for an idiot, TSTL, single-celled female lead, this book would have been salvageable. less
