review 1: I thought twerp was a very good book. It was about a 12 year old kid named Julian Twerski in the 1960s. Julian got suspended because of an incident, which his English teacher says Julian can write about the incident to get out of shakespear. Julian agrees and writes about stories, and eventually tells about the "incident". I thought Twerp was a little bit confusing, because it would go from one story to another like that. Overall Twerp was a very good book a I do recondmend it.
review 2: Warning: Julian makes many mistakes and get in trouble. His teacher offered him a way out of writing a paper on Shakespeare. At first, Julian was hesitate about writing but along the way, he starts to enjoy the process. As he reflect over his experiences, he become introspectiv
... moree and realized how he can be a better person. By the end of the book, you see him be a leader and fix the hurt he did on a neighborhood youth. less
