review 1: The world has moved on and the zombies are gone. Michael Talbot is a sad and lonely man having outlived his family and friends. But his life of self pity will need to come to an end as Talbot is told of a new threat to humanity. Lycans and Werewolves; Lycans being a distant relative of the wolf and Werewolves being humans infected by Lycan bite.This is another great Talbot adventure and I really enjoyed it. I missed the old characters but enjoyed flashbacks where some played a part. Michael is still his own worst enemy in this new world, but is the only hope for humanity's survival.You don't need to have read the Zombie Fallout series to read and understand this, but I would highly recommend reading that series first. It's a fabulous series and it gives you a better unders... moretanding of Talbot and all his 'issues'.Again, Sean Rennette is a brilliant reader and performer. I cannot imagine a Talbot story without him.
review 2: I am a pretty big fan of Mark Tufo because he reminds me of Adam Sandler where he always has the same friends in all his movies, Tufo includes poor Michael Talbot into space, against zombies, & now a twist on top of the'Zombie Fallout' books he is now fighting werewolf's & lycanthropes. I really didn't think this book was going to be good but the series has transformed into an almost fantasy vibe with witches, vampires, zombies, werewolves, & who knows what else in the story. I was pleasantly surprised with this book & recommend it to anyone who enjoys Tufo's books & the 'Zombie Fallout' books. less
