review 1: Really 4.5 stars...just because of the length! I think this felt more like the middle of a story...instead of the beginning through the ending of one...but you still were left with a good feeling when you read the last page...so for me it was a good read!!! I am not one of those people who need 300 pages to be entertained...it would appear you can do it for me with around 45!!! haha This was a very sweet short read that covered a couple of subjects that are very real concerns in the world today! Pete and Carver were ready to "commit" to each other...but they had some life changing decisions to make. It is always hard whenever someone has to make "sacrifices" for their relationship...but if they are lucky they realize it was really just a compromise...and they find out t... morehey actually gain more than they have given up!!! Ohhhhhh...I forgot to mention how much I just loved Pete & Carver together...opposites really do attract!!!
review 2: This story basically felt like it started in the middle and was pretty fast in how it was developed. I found the relationship aspect (which was already established) kind of creepy and I felt there should have been a lot more issues, but apparently sticking the love plaster makes it all better. I think the author attempted at one point to make an issue about the dilemma, however it sees like she gave up halfway through.Overall, it is pretty short but forgettable. less
