review 1: This volume starts off with Chapter 484: Their Team 7!!After the numerous and disastrous reunions of the former Team 7, this is one of the more violent encounters. Sakura is healing the girl Kana, Naruto is running to catch up and remembering all the conversations with Itachi, Gaara, and the Raikage about Sasuke. Kakashi is left fighting Sasuke. Naruto finally does catch up and clashes with Sasuke. That is when Naruto comes to the conclusion that the next time they fight, they will both die. review 2: It's feeling a bit like old Naruto. The pattern of Big Bad Boss Appears, Training Ensues continues in this volume. I'm certainly not complaining. The i... moredea of a ninja war, after all the action scenes that just happened, was not doing anything to get me reinvested in this series after my long hiatus. I need the emotions. The Sakura crying scenes, the Kakashi risking his life scenes (though actually hate them), and the Naruto being an insanely adorable optimist scenes. :) This volume has all that and some jokes, too since Killer Bee, the toads, and some giant animals are involved. Yamato-taicho always seems to find his way into the funny chapters, too, doesn't he? less
