review 1: Sweet, sexy, delightful. I love Meg Maquire and this didn't disappoint. The hero, Mercer, was sexy and tough but also sweet, a great combo. The writing is tight and emotionally astute and the story moved along. The major conflict kind of dissipates in the second half and becomes more of a conflict between what the characters want and admit to, but that was fine with me since it didn't drag the story down. Definitely one for anyone who likes contemporary romances with some heat.
review 2: I really enjoyed this contemporary romance, as I have with all Meg Maguire's books. The fighters were all so sexy. My imagination had a great time picturing Mercer and Rich. Oh and I just loved the name Mercer. I liked how Jenna dealt with her inheritance. I felt she was stron... moreg and practical. I also loved seeing her feelings change towards the gym and her dad.The only downside for me was Jenna's business. The matchmaking company fit nicely into the plot but it just seemed so corny. less
