review 1: She made an amazing book. She took what we know about diseases and gave us a whole other book on how to deal with them. I see the button at the bottom about hiding the review because of spoilers but I wont spoil anything. I am pretty sure that anybody will love this book. I went and I bought this book because somebody said it was good. I just thought it would be like most books but it stood out in so many ways!
review 2: The idea of an epidemic really intrigues me. Two of my favorite movies are Contagion and Outbreak. I thought the storyline was great but didn't have any strong characters to back it up. I never felt sad or empathy for the characters. My main issue with the book was the ending. It left everything so open and I want a set ending. I want to know w... morehat happens and the outcome but I never really got it. I do want to read the second book but I'm still unsure if it is worth my time. less
