review 1: This was a really nice read and it was a freebie! The characters were great and the ending was just really sweet. I was really looking forward to Alawin finding out who Diggory really was. And when he did, I thought it was a lovely scene. I felt bad for Diggory and I wondered if I would like Alawin in the end, but I did. Together they were really sweet, and the ending couldn't have been more perfect (unless it was longer). If I had to complain about anything, it would be the length! It wasn't a huge downer, but it could have been amazing (more so) as a novel. And the characters just went to my heart, so I can't help but want more from them and their story. Definitely one I would recommend!
review 2: I'm a huge fan of Megan Derr and I think I've enjoyed everythin
... moreg I've read that she has written. And I did enjoy this one, too, though it doesn't measure up to her other work. The biggest issue, I think, is just how short this is. There are a number of things going on this story and things that happened before this story and it all comes across as rushed and, at times, is even a bit confusing. But it does come together in the end, which is what I think redeems it enough to get 3 stars from me. less

It was okay. Cute, sweet. The curse was a bit vague and then it's gone - huzzah! lol
