review 1: I want to make everything, I can veganize, withing this book right now. So many fantastic looking recipes with clear and short directions. it's nice to see a cook book that doesn't walk through how to boil water and just gets to the point of what you are making. The use of whole grains makes so many classics look appealing again as we all look to eat and take care of ourselves better. Also so many "risks" on new and fun dishes that sound fantasticly tasty.
