review 1: Why We Love Dogs was every bit as impactful and amazing as I'd hoped. The book discussion on this title was energetic and inspiring. Interestingly (but not surprisingly), the structure of carnism is closely related to any other oppressive power structure. As a woman, this book gave me a lot to think about and reaffirmed my belief that all feminists should also be vegans, and hopefully would be if exposed to the right information. A must read for veggies, but also highly recommend for the every day omnivore :)
