review 1: i don't know why i liked this book so much. Its great at pointing out how crazy girls can be! the best crazy part was how she knew she was being a crazy stalker but did it anyways (enchiladas really, at least she inclided a fork) the kissing (yes there is kissing) was great, how she describes griffs lips was awesome (did she have real life insperation or did she get those lips form the college of love!)one thing i have to say is there was too much crying, i found myself saying enough with the frowning faces bring back the jock and those yummy lips!
review 2: *UPDATE*So it gets better once she remembers it's not nice to lead on a guy unnecessarily and that she can't love a guy like a boyfriend and not feel sparks on his kiss.I'm raising my review up to three sta
... morerts because as much as I wanted to strangle Ally I love Griffin's character and some of their moments together were very believable and absolutely adoring. So basically if there had been no Aiden and Milo I would have absolutely fallen in love with this book.*After reading 1/3 of the book*Okay so this feels to me like a fiction story written by somebody for an online site. I've read billions of repetitive ideas and I love them all. I love romance to bits even though it's almost all basically the same thing. Yet this book is just pathetic. Half the characters don't know what love even means. When you read a book you're supposed to relate to the heroine and what's happening. All I was thinking was 'Why would you do that?' And 'Really? Seriously, really?' I might have even thought 'Brainless over dramatic bimbo' at one point. And I get it that this is supposed to tell you that teenagers are confused souls but honestly? We're confused not stupid. I'm a teenager and I would want somebody to slap me if I EVER behave like this. And guess what? I've only read about a third of the book while I wrote this review. I'll update this when I finish it if I ever get around to that.Let's list the things that peeved me shall we? (spoiler alert)1) Ally thought it was okay to kiss Griffin to get him to not bash her BOYFRIENDS's face in.2) She acts as if her world is falling apart when Aiden and her break up when she didn't even like his kisses better than Griffin's.3) There is actually this part where she wonders why she can't tell her best friend about kissing Griffin and she can't think of why she doesn't want to. She feel like kind of guilty or something she don't know why. ARE YOU SURE? You cheated on your boyfriend and you're not sure why you feel guilty. Huh.4) Then as if two guys aren't enough she goes to flirt with another guy to 'help' her get over her 'heartbreak' then runs away just when he's about to ask her out.5) She daydreams about Griffin kissing her but is 'heartbroken' over Aidan but is flirting with Milo. Is it only me or is there something really wrong with this equation. The only thing that at all redeems this book is Griffin himself because he's like a bad guy with a soft spot and he knows what he wants. less
