review 1: GREAT! I TRIED TO READ THIS BOOK AS SLOW AS POSSIBLE, WELL THAT DIDN'T WORK VERY LONG. THE OPENING SCENE IN THE BOOK WAS SO EXCITING AND CHILLING, IT WAS FRIGHTENING READING IT HAD ME ON THE EDGE OD MY RECLINER, EYES BUGGIN' OUT. I DID AND DIDN'T WANT IT TO END, THE STORY LINE HAD SO MUCH GOING ON. THE PAIN OF ADDICTION, CHILD/ANIMAL ABUSE, OUR BROKEN LEGAL SYSTEM, MYSTERY, ACTION, AND A SWEET ROMANCE. MOST OF ALL I FELL IN LOVE WITH ETHAN THE SUPER HOT MAN WITH "THE MAGIC HANDS". SIGH! I'VE READ ALL THE SHE CAN BOOKS, THIS IS MY NEW FAVORITE ONE, I LOVED IT. SMILE! ;D
review 2: I haven't read books #1-3 and randomly chose She Can Hide. Good News is you don't really need to read any of the previous books to follow along. The character development with Ethan was... more great! The formula for the book was a bit formulaic. There's the young pretty lady with a secret and the police officer who she decides to trust with her secrets and her heart. It's a cute story, I would take it on a vacation to breeze through. I didn't give it more stars because I thought other authors have applied the same type of story line with more compelling results. less
