review 2: I initially thought the recipes would be too time consuming and not kid friendly. Was I ever wrong! All the entrees I made were delicious, actually doable even on a weeknight, and m... morey kids enjoyed them as much as we did! It was nice to see that you can still make a great recipe very easily on a weeknight and not have a basic Hamburger Helper type meal! While I checked this out of the library to test drive initially I think I am going to have to buy a copy for myself as this is the kind of cookbook we can turn to again and again. less
