review 1: I really loved this book. It didn't leave me unsatisfied one bit. It was a cute story about a very normal boy. I loved that none of it felt wildly unrealistic. I felt like I knew these characters as if they were real people. I truly enjoyed this book. There were tons of awesome pop culture references! Any book that a character turns up to a school dance dressed as a storm trooper and Jaba The Hut is a literary win for me. There was real charm to this book. I always appreciate a good romance, but this book does something very special. Although I wanted to romance to come I was completely entertained with the friendships that these characters have. All in all, this book is GOLD!
review 2: I enjoyed this so much! All those reference made the process of this readin... moreg full of giggles and smiles. I totally love the main character, watching Sam deal with his life, his realizations, his dreams, his incredibly amazing and wonderful friends, his parents, everything. I loved this experience, and the ending was so satisfying, I think after reading the last sentence I spent almost an hour watching the roof with the foolish smile to ever exist. less
