review 1: I chose this book because I liked Sheridan's other books. This one felt completely different but excellent nonetheless. I really liked the plot of the cult and the way she wrote the character's perspectives was almost as if she herself had experience being indoctrinated into a cult and living that type of lifestyle. Although there wasn't much world building surrounding the cult, there did not need to be. The reader feels as much in the dark about the goings on of Acadia as the members themselves choose to be. The cliffhanger was hard to take, but luckily I was able to buy the next and final book straight away and read on through to the conclusion of Eden and Calder's twisted tale.

I have said many, many times that Archer's Voice is the best book I've ever read. And now, Becoming Calder and Finding Eden can take spot 2 and 3 for me as well... I just finished reading and I just have to say brilliant.. Absolutely brilliant. Calder and Eden's story has left that aching feeling in my gut. I can't quite describe it, but it feels pure and good and warm.. I truly feel the love that these 2 share. Mia has found a way, like no one else, to take that honest, pure innocence and love and make it jump off the pages and into my heart. I seriously need to thank Mia for the gift she has once again given me. I feel like a better person for having read these books. And I will never look at morning glory flowers or butterscotch candies the same. Thank you to Mia Sheridan for sharing such beautiful, wonderful stories with us.. less
