review 1: teeny is back again. the story picks up about a year after emerson shows up on coopers front door claiming cooper is her real dad and barb is her mother. barb is an ex girlfriend of cooper's who also is the reason teeny an coop broke up in high school. barb puts all these thoughts in teeny's head about coop bein the father an wanting barb back so they can be a family that one night teeny sneaks over to peek in barbs house to see if coop is there only to witness barb being murdered. when she tries to get away the person sees her an comes after her. coop talks her into going back to Georgia until everything is cleared. he comes with her an they stay at her aunts farm. people keep coming up murdered and and teeny is trying to figure out who killed barb and... more why? review 2: I wish I could give 1/2 stars to books. This one was better than 3 starts abut not quite 4. I gave it 4 stars because it's the end of the year and I am happy about meeting my reading goal. This one allowed me to zip along.This story seemed a bit more interesting than the first one, better characters and more questions about the murderer the in the first book of the series. I look at these to be relaxing and goofy stories and that is what they live up to be.I liked Emerson and hope to see her again, but I really don't think Teeny is quite set out to be a mother. I'd like to see more development with her relationship with Coop instead. less
