review 1: This book mostly contains Guiliano's personal anecdotes and advice on how to age well. She also talks a lot about differences between how French and Americans view aging and health. There are recipes included in this book, but nothing that I would attempt. This was more of a fun read just to see what a French woman thinks about aging well. It wasn't useful to me personally as I've already put into practise a number of things that she mentions. Most of her advice in this book is common sense anyway.
review 2: What a great easy reading book with lots of thoughts on style, health, attitude and of course ageing with grace. I was saving up for a bottle of Estée Lauder night repair, but have decided to spend my money elsewhere. Maybe a good pair of shoes? Classic cl... moreothing? If you have an open mind and love new ideas and old ones that many of us already know. This is the book for you. Have given the book to my mother to read and highly recommended to friends and other family members. less
