review 1: This book mostly contains Guiliano's personal anecdotes and advice on how to age well. She also talks a lot about differences between how French and Americans view aging and health. There are recipes included in this book, but nothing that I would attempt. This was more of a fun read just to see what a French woman thinks about aging well. It wasn't useful to me personally as I've already put into practise a number of things that she mentions. Most of her advice in this book is common sense anyway.
