review 1: I Received A Complimentary Copy of This Book From The Author In Exchange For My Honest Review!5 STARSI loved this book and the return visit to the Mason family. This time we get Emmie Mason's story. Emmie is the mother of three beautiful daughters Marley, Stevie, and Billie. She also has two handsome son-in-laws Rich and Adam then there's Dillon the gay best friend of Marley's that they basically adopted. This family is full of love, laughter, and happiness. When they're together you never know what's gonna happen.Emmie hasn't been with a man or dated in 15 years. She doesn't bring men to her house or around her daughters. A year ago at her daughter Stevie's hen party she danced with a guy named Damien and hasn't been able to forget him since. Imagine her surprise when 14 ... moremonths after initially meeting him she runs into him again when she accidentally climbs into the back of his limo drunk leaving her daughter Marley's wedding. Damien Wolfe is quite surprised when "Jessie" the woman he met and danced with at a club almost a year and half ago climbs into his limo by accident. He hasn't been able to get her out of his mind since they danced. Then when he runs into her a couple days later working at the library he's thinking of making his charity for his company's annual benefit.Emmie and Damien are attracted to one another and when they are together I find myself laughing or almost blushing with their sex scenes. I love these two and the way they tease each other as they become close. Damien is such a sweet and kind man and you can tell that he loves her. Emmie loves Damien but she's older then he is and she has valid concerns about their relationship but that doesn't stop her from falling in love with him. A truly wonderful book that I recommend to all book lovers out there.
review 2: Although I loved this book I didn't love it as much as Rick and Marley's. Emma I liked her that girl knew how to cheat to win without actually cheating to win: I unzipped my sweatshirt, trying it around my waist. I turned back to see him slowing his pace, staring at me with wide-eyed lust. "You're not playing fair, Jessie." I turned to him, running backwards. "What are you talking about?" I batted my eyelashes. "I was hot." "And you still are, baby." he replied.Let's talk about when Emma is in the mood and she don't give a damn where she is and wants her man then and there: His hooded yes widened in shock. "What the hell are you doing?" He slipped the strap back on my shoulder and patted it down. "I thought -" "Not here. We're outside for God's sake." Oh sh**...he was right. I was ready to eff him on the secluded although not private running path of the Wilston hotel.I really want Billie's story next, I love how MK has all her men be dominant and successful and hot in whatever they do. less
