review 1: This book is practical and to the point. I like how Niall has used a story to get the points across. If your work involves selling then you must read this book. Persuasion is an art and this book will teach you how to persuade and be in control of the communication. The only thing which needs improving is the proofreading otherwise I would have given it five stars.Recommended for professional growth!
