review 1: Oh man... Boring is the word that comes to mind... Which is so disappointing because I really enjoyed the first one! It's probably because I just can't relate to these characters... The guy is about as personality deprived as Alex was in the previous installment(which, as I said, I really liked, but I guess I must have liked Sam more), and Cathy... Sorry, but I can't relate to a princess who finds it hard... Being a princess.
review 2: What a wonderful sweet story – another “Royal” hit by Nichole Chase. This book, “Recklessly Royal” picks up where “Suddenly Royal” left off. Princess Catherine has always strived to be the most flawless Princess, never allowing herself into a relationship where her character could become compromised. That is ….... moreuntil she meets Dr. David Rhodes, the best friend of her new sister-in-law, Duchess Samantha Rousseau “Sam.” While Sam and Princess Catherine’s brother, Prince Alex D'Lynsal, are on their honeymoon, the relationship between Princess Catherine “Cathy” and the most handsome David heats up! It is truly a beautiful “Royal” love story which we all know Nichole Chase is so good at writing. I only have one complaint – when I read the last page of the book, my brain said…”Oh No ….I want more!!” I cannot wait for Nichole’s next book, “Reluctantly Royal.” I hope we will see more of Cathy and David in that book! If contemporary romance is your reading style of choice, you will absolutely Love this series!!! These books can be read as stand-alones, but I highly suggest you read them in order to get to know all the wonderful characters in her books! less
